Website Terms of Service

Effective date: October 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of indianastoragegroup.com  operated by Indiana Storage Group LLC, doing business as Indiana Storage Group LLC. By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a reservation, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website Use

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or another user’s account.
  • Introduce malware or interfere with the Website’s operation.
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or exploit Website content without written permission.
  • Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Storage Reservations and Rentals

The Website may allow you to view unit information, request or complete a reservation, execute a rental agreement, and make payments. A Website reservation does not guarantee availability until confirmed by us.

Storage rentals are governed by a separate rental or occupancy agreement. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the rental or occupancy agreement controls regarding the storage unit and tenancy.

Unit dimensions and storage capacities are approximate. Photographs, illustrations, and descriptions may not depict the exact unit assigned to you.

3. Pricing, Fees, and Payments

Prices, promotions, taxes, administrative charges, deposits, insurance charges, and other fees are displayed when applicable and may change as permitted by law and your rental agreement.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. If you enroll in automatic payments, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge amounts due under your rental agreement until you cancel automatic payments or your tenancy ends, subject to applicable law.

Late fees, returned-payment fees, lien charges, lock-cutting fees, and other charges may apply as stated in your rental agreement and as permitted by law.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Reservation cancellations and refunds are governed by the policy presented during checkout and any applicable rental agreement. Unless otherwise stated or required by law:

  • Reservation or administrative fees are nonrefundable.
  • Prepaid rent is handled according to the rental agreement.
  • Failure to use a reserved unit does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
  • Promotional rates and discounts may be subject to additional conditions.

5. Access and Security

Facility access is subject to posted hours, facility rules, account status, emergencies, maintenance, and the rental agreement. Access controls, gates, cameras, lighting, or other security measures are not guarantees against loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized entry.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, access codes, keys, and locks. Notify us promptly if you believe any of them have been compromised.

6. Stored Property and Prohibited Items

Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not store:

  • Explosives, fuel, hazardous materials, toxic substances, or flammable goods.
  • Illegal, stolen, or controlled items.
  • Firearms or ammunition where prohibited by facility policy or law.
  • Food, perishables, plants, animals, or living organisms.
  • Waste, materials producing odors, or items that attract pests.
  • Property belonging to another person without authorization.
  • Any item whose storage would create a health, safety, environmental, or legal risk.

You may not live, sleep, conduct unlawful activity, or operate a business from a storage unit except where expressly authorized in writing.

7. Insurance and Risk of Loss

The Company does not insure your stored property unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for maintaining any insurance required by your rental agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, stored property remains at your risk. Any limitation of liability, release, or allocation of risk applicable to your storage tenancy appears in the rental agreement.

8. Delinquency, Liens, and Enforcement

Failure to pay amounts when due may result in restricted access, late charges, termination, enforcement of a statutory lien, sale or disposal of stored property, and other remedies, subject to your rental agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these Website Terms replaces any notice or procedure required by law.

9. Communications

By submitting contact information, you agree that we may communicate with you about reservations, payments, account activity, facility operations, and your tenancy by email, telephone, text message, or mail, subject to applicable law.

Marketing communications are optional where required by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing storage services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, but you may still receive legally permitted transactional messages.

10. Electronic Signatures and Records

You consent to using electronic signatures, contracts, notices, disclosures, and records where permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current.

You may request information about withdrawing electronic consent or obtaining paper copies by contacting us at info@indianastoragegroup.com.

11. Third-Party Services

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, mapping providers, insurance providers, and reservation platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, or privacy practices.

12. Intellectual Property

The Website and its text, graphics, branding, photographs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the Website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to our services. No other rights are granted.

13. Website Disclaimers

The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the Website, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid through the Website during the preceding six months or $100.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited. Liability relating to stored property or your tenancy is governed by the rental agreement and applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful Website use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy link

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any enforceable dispute provision in the rental agreement, legal proceedings relating to these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in White County, Indiana.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice when required.

19. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
